“I'm beyond happy with the carpet cleaning that Davis Professional Services did for me. I own a 1200 sqft, 2 story town home that is a rental property. My tenant had the carpets "cleaned" supposedly prior to moving out. However, within 24 hours after she vacated when I went back to the house the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. I called DPS and their customer services was awesome! Ashley booked a time for me to have the carpets done and even called me back after to let me know they had an earlier time open up. The young man who I met at the house who actually cleaned the carpets was on time, professional and did an AMAZING job. I really didn't think they would be able to get all of the smell out of the house but they did! I'm super impressed and they carpets dried so fast my new tenant was able to move into the home that evening and didn't even have to worry about wet carpet. I highly recommend Davis Professional Services.”

“This place has really warm customer service. I needed something pressed in under 30 minutes. Walked down divisadaro, asking drying cleaners if they could help. Everyone said no, until we got here- and they were super accommodating. Another day, needed something dry-cleaned the same day. I walked in and the guy working bounced over to me and gave me a big smile. Told me to come back at 6pm to pick up my pants. When I came back, he recognized me right away, grabbed my pants and gave me a big smile, again. Customer service goes a long way, and these people are sweet.”

The gentleman who runs it can be a little overbearing at times... over filling the machines is a big nono with him, but I can definitely see that it comes from taking pride in his work. “I went there twice, this is the cleanest Laundry I have seen around. They have free dry if you pay for the wash. They have card system. Card cost $2. I was not sure if I was returning back. After use I returned the card and the manager refunded me the cost of the card and $3.28 which was still on the card. Very helpful staff. She immediately cleaned the washing machine after my use. ”
