“Tried Waterworks for the first time this weekend. I dropped off on Sunday and my 80lbs of laundry was ready the next morning. The attendant came to my car and picked up my bags and brought them back to my my car when I picked them up. I will be dropping m.p ore laundry off this week. “09/15/2019, first time coming to this laundromat. It's okay place, the washer machine are a little bit modern. Unfortunately, in between the rubber seal, there are some soap scum are hard to clean off. However, this place isn't so bad, it only has about four chairs for customer to sit to wait for their clothes and it's nice to see that regular customer know the person who work here. There is one associate that works here, she's very friendly. The place isn't small nor very large place, there are some few tables for you to fold clothes and for a Sunday it's not busy. I'm very surprised about that, since it is a weekend.”

“I spent a lot of time at this laundromat..over 100 hours. Sitting here reading different books on my iPad. I cannot focus on one book for long. So I keep switching themes in my reading time. The major theme is mostly about cyberspace and tech companies. It always involves lots of numbers and statistics. So I turn to Harari’s stories of the past and the future. Then a few lines of otherworldly immaterial materials. Miriam is sitting in the cafe next to Luca Laundromat. We talked about pinsapo motel and the next location with Oyku. She loved the birds. Papi was so excited and flying back and forth between us and the cage. I spend around 2 hours at this room every time I wash my clothes. That’s a very intimate time frame for a space. —April 9, 2019 Its Saturday. I was picking up all the clothes around the attic to head the laundromat. As I was stuffing the blue ikea bag with a mountain of clothes, I remembered a ten dollar bill was in the orange shorts pocket. I took the shorts off the bag. The money was there. I’m so relieved now. It was too close to become a disastrous Saturday. —July 27, 2019”

“I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I’ve been her twice. Once a couple of years ago and the other a couple of days ago. Both experiences have been great. The seamstress is very attentive and sweet. She also isn’t trying to milk you of your money. Originally I came to get two skirts tailored and a top stitched because it seemed a little loose, but she advised me to just put a put a pin over the lose area (with worked like a charm) instead of taking my money for something that really didn’t need work done. This pace is very welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone. :)”
