  I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I’ve been her twice. Once a couple of years ago and the other a couple of days ago. Both experiences have been great. The seamstress is very attentive and sweet. She also isn’t trying to milk you of your money. Originally I came to get two skirts tailored and a top stitched because it seemed a little loose, but she advised me to just put a put a pin over the lose area (with worked like a charm) instead of taking my money for something that really didn’t need work done. This pace is very welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone. :)

  I usually am very unforgiving in regard to negative reviews on locations, however I have to say I've been coming to Lane Cleaners since moving in the area and I have to say that whoever the woman is at the location (I assume is the owner) has always been very courteous to me and helped me greatly. Most tailors just want to milk you for every dollar they can. She would tell me that there are certain things to not tailor because it's not worth it for the money and I appreciate that very much. She has also tailored suits for me several times where she allowed me to do same day pick up and that was perfect because I needed them for work and they were the only suits that I have. I have to hope that all the reviews previously stated in regard to the "poor" management is not about the woman that I've been interacting with for the last 9 months. I hope this helps any potential future customers and or any previous disgruntled customers. Thanks and keep up the great service you do not deserve that kind of bad publicity.
