Once we signed a contract with him, he continued to be on time with his appointments and his communication meeting and even going above all of my expectations. The lady that works the counter, black hair and glasses was standing outside on her cell phone. I waited for at least 5 minutes then I looked in the back and a gentleman that was pressing said. "oh I'm sorry" and immediately dropped what he was doing. HIs name on my ticket is Kenny Patel. When I left the store the lady was still on her cell phone. She knows noting about customer service!!!!”
