“Previously lived in the Greystone apartments. The location is a little sketchy, but nonetheless NOTHING EVER happened in the location of the apartments, no police, theft, etc. I was only there for a year though. Very nice sized living room and bedrooms. Pretty decent/nice options to live. Not insanely priced for what you get and in a lot of cases you actually get a good deal for a good price, or at least I did. The leasing agent in the front office [Forgive me, I can't remember her name. She generally wears glasses] is VERY understanding of different situations and was able to help when I really needed. Maintenance is quick and gets to the job and get it done and out of the way.”

“The road test examiner “Savage”…well he really was savage. Super nice man! Even held the door for people, which is so rare nowadays. The lady at the counter was very helpful. I was a walk-in on Wed & was done in 1 hour. PRO TIP: You can request an e ticket on the TN dmv website which holds your place in line up to 2 hours before arriving. The website also lists wait times for each location & you can also setup appointments. When you walk in, there is a kiosk inside on your right, or even better you can use the QR code on the sign when you first walk in to check in. Additional parking in back (see photo). Be patient with these people, they want you in and out as fast as possible, too.”

“Lived here since 1975. We've worked with police, fire, water, building permits, and inspections departments on several dozen situations. Every situation, some of which have been very dicey, was dealt with effectively. We've also had contractors come in from other cities, where the differences between Blaine and other cities, mostly in the areas of water and inspections, was inadvertently showcased. In every case, which was at least three, the contractors were blown away by the competence and speed of Blaine. I'm not saying Blaine is perfect. But I am saying multiple outside contractors with a lot of experience throughout the twin cities, the state, and nationally, were taken aback and noticeably impressed by Blaine.”
