After multiple emissions failures and an expensive but pointless appointment with Fiat, the team (Ted, Rob, Kevin) were able to solve my O2 sensor problem. They were professional, helpful, and took the time to explain how to avoid this in the future after my car gets certain types of service that would cause the error to that I may avoid this hassle in the future.
