“Excellent, efficient service today at DPS in McKinney! Previously appointments were booking out 3+ months in advance, but recently I was able to schedule an appointment for a name change on my license for only a couple weeks out. Upon arrival, I stood in the appointment line outside for about 2 minutes before I was ushered inside to fill out paperwork. Within 5 minutes my ticket was called. Eddie was excellent, very friendly as were his coworkers near by. Unexpectedly, I left with several local restaurant recommendations and a big smile on my face. With an appointment, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The employees are SO friendly here.
