“Got there at 5 am and was 4th in line on a Wednesday. First person said she got there at 3:45 am. By 6 am there were 12 people in line, by 7 am there were around 28. They handed out masks for those that didn't have them. A few early people had already mailed applications so they were pulled aside. So I was given ticket 002. Waited about 5 minutes in the office. Fast and helpful service, was done by 8:45 and out the door. My travel wasn't for a month so they are mailing me the passport. Easy! Update: passport arrived in a week in the mail!!”

I pleaded with them, offered to pay the previous tenant's bill, and even went to the Water Utilities Department myself. Was told I couldn't pay the bill till they received the previous tenant's eviction notice and we ended up having to move into our new place without water. But then we got a call a few days later with a sweet woman named Bridget that said she would let us pay the previous bill and got our water turned on THAT DAY, even after 5pm. She was extremely sweet and understanding, and definitely saved our hides.”

“Came on a Thursday night with my family and had a good time. The haunts were well decorated and interesting. Wait time was very short with the online fast pass. When we arrived we weren't sure where to go so we ended up standing in the wrong line due to lack of direction upon entrance. The actors were okay. It would have been nice to have more places were they stop to interact with you rather than just passing by or jumping out. There also isn't anything else but the two haunted house. The mall parking lot setting throws it off for me. A few vendors or something would be cool. I'd say it's priced fairly and we overall had a good time.”
