The process is simple and fast as long as you have all the required documents and meet the eligibility requirements. However, they have recently moved to 3602 Pacific Ave Tacoma WA. So before wasting a trip to the old location which is still listed as their address, either read this review, call for the new address, or do a little bit more research to see if the new address has updated online yet. They sent the birthday card back without even so much as a note of condolences. What do I need that for as a reminder of how theyrefuse to give me any information about his passing. One day, I'm talking to him on the phone. He's in good spirits. Two days later, he's dead. Your social worker who would set up calls can't tell me anything? What are they corveing up? Don't leave yoyr loved ones here. He survived covid to now be dead. What kind of sickness is this? Horrified.”
