“So this address 350 took me to the wrong location. It’s up a little farther by the Pet Resource Center. The lady at the weigh station was so nice. It was pretty easy place to navigate. I was able to ask random people where to go and what to do. It’s just giant piles that are organized well and you just pull up and dump your yard waste. I also noticed a sign saying you can free mulch if you’re a Hillsborough county resident. I don’t know if that’s an always available thing, but it was today! So you weigh in, weigh out and you’re on your way. The facility is clean and pretty easy to navigate.”

“This place saved me in extreme despair bouncing from 30 day shelters with $0 to afford even the bus with two other branches turning me down completely for food stamps. There was actually a discussion here about my situation versus in Downtown LA guy was eating a cake and looking at screen while listening to me in one ear then went to talk to his manager came back with basically 'nope, this is the policy - take care'. Missing crucial detail this DPSS picked up on. Its not always peaches here, but what matters most is when it works out, its a relief. And I'm writing this as I'm preparing for life's next roller coaster.”
