The package never made it to Fairview heights office to be picked up. Called back and got to speak with another supervisor Shamieka, not only did she go above and beyond and out of her way to help us. She was super friendly and helpful. This angel found our package!! Which has been sitting there for over a month! Don't waste your time speaking to anyone else but Shamieka, she gets the job done!!”

Joshua helped me to find the space I needed at the right price, Susan and Robin are always courteous when I pass by the office if I have any questions they always have an answer and are ready to help. Very clean place, they have security cameras to watch whats going on and lots of space to move bigger vehicles around on the property which is a big plus.
