They are just normal folks who want to help, always happy to answer questions, help with a problem big or small, and they patrol every day so it always feels safe. They took care of the inspection and a minor repair, very quickly and were super nice in the process. Property was very clean and well-maintained. There was a nice waiting area, with eight chairs; two of them up against tables that someone could work at with a laptop. For those that want to explore, there are quite a few places to eat at in the area, within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I will definitely consider this business for future needs.”
