The person was polite and knowledgeable. He had been getting tons of calls since the water line problem but he was still very kind. I was impressed. All water lines fail sometimes as with anything built by people does so this is expected. But being calm and nice isn't a quality we always find so I want to say thank you to him The office does a great job too.”
