I spoke with the owners wife and she was very professional and took time to explain everything that’s was going on due to the storm and they was backed up with 30-40 semis to be towed. She took time to take my information and insured me that they would be out to get me and to just be patient with them. To my surprise they arrived before I knew it and my drivers name was Rusty. There wasn’t nothing Rusty about him. He was very professional and polite and got right to it in single digit temps.
