I was grateful that when I called, the gentleman I spoke to informed me of their services, when the store would be open and more particular information regarding my particular type of key. When I arrived after they opened, Francisco was incredibly helpful fielding all my questions, concerns and was able to cut both keys after he inspected them further. I truly appreciate his incredible customer service, especially his time, care, precision and thoughtfulness. I had recently returned for another friend’s key. She had left hers out of state accidentally and I had a copy. I was again welcomed the moment I entered the store and helped. When one key did not fit exactly, I simply brought it back and they fixed it immediately. I’ve since been back and I’ve also purchased other items aside from keys. They can do anything you need done from regular repair and maintenance to full blown racing setup and prep. You will see all types of cars there, as they work on pretty much everything. But, my experience had been taking my C5 corvettes there. Whether it is a full stock car or full blow racer this is the place you want to take your car. “Great service. I dropped off my motorcycle gas tank when the cap lock stopped working and wouldn’t open. Locksmith Kevin said he had never worked on a lock like this but was eager to look into it. Thirty minutes later he called me to say fixed it. He had figured it out quickly...foreign debris got into it so he completely disassembled the cylinder, cleaned it and reassembled it. He did it so quickly that I could’ve waited while he worked. I was so glad. He only charged me $25 for his labor which I was eager to pay. I can put gas in my tank again...yippee! They are now my locksmith shop of choice. By the way...they are in the small white metal building in the back of the concrete parking lot. Don’t go to the main building that you can see from the highway.”

“I have no complaints about this guy. My brother managed to lock his keys inside his running vehicle, on a block that was heavily trafficked by foot and vehicles for the Twin Cities Pride Festival. He showed up within the time frame he originally estimated (I believe it was less than an hour). I honestly half expected him to keep driving and cancel when he got to our location, or charge us some sort of surcharge. He was done and gone within 10 minutes, and that's including unlocking the vehicle and running my credit card. His rates, while I wished I wasn't paying them, were reasonable considering the festival and the weekend and compared to the 3 other companies we called for quotes. All in all, 5 star exchange!”
