“My wife got her car key bent out of shape and it wouldn't fit so she panicked and called some locksmith to get her a new key but a day after it started causing the alarm to go off for no reason so we called him back but he was asking my wife to meet him off site and somewhere far so my wife refused to go and he wouldn't come to us although his business was not far from us. Turns out this guy doesn't have a business and the website was fake and his phone number was no longer working. I told my wife we will go to Elie's and once I called him he verified that the guy she called would not be found because they buy a new phone and just go from one place to another ripping people off. Elie's where honest and professional they got the original key fixed straight and didn't charge anything. I also got my car key batteries exchanged because they were going out and they did it quickly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.”

“I contacted Tom on a Tuesday to inquire about installing a key lock on a sliding glass door, and he quickly responded. I sent him photos of the original door handle, and he was able to contact a supplier and find a replacement handle. Upon acceptance of his reasonable quote, he ordered the part then contacted me as soon as it came in to schedule a time to install it. He arrived on Monday morning as planned and was so kind. The entire process took a week (this was not an urgent situation) from my inquiry to the installation. FYI - he also installs smart locks, car key replacements, etc. I would definitely call him again!”
