“I haven't physically been to this deli shop but my husband has ordered to-go subs several times and each time, they have come out very delicious! I love getting the roast turkey breast classic sub, it's my favorite. I've tried their white bread and garlic pepper bread and they're both really good, though the garlic pepper bread is my preferred choice of the two. The mayo and toppings have a lot of flavor and make these subs well above many popular sandwich chains. Adding banana peppers and jalapeno gives them a nice kick! Though the original toppings that it comes with are just as perfect. We have ordered several times from this location and most of the time the sandwich tastes delicious, however sometimes they come out a little soggy from all the seasonings or an excess amount of oil. That's the only reason I'm knocking down a star. But overall they are a great place for subs and it's close enough to where I live in the suburbs.”

“We scouted Orlando for the best New York style pizza. Much to our surprise it was right here in Apopka, Florida. Gary is from New York via Italy. His father still holds that most beautiful tonal quality from his Italian homeland. The pizza is perfect, the sauce is perfect, and the vegetables are fresh. “This was our first time at the Groometown location and we must say we were impressed by the look and style of the building. The service was great and the food was great as always. The big issue we had was the way our bill was rung up. I ordered a large Stromboli and my wife requested the cauliflower crust pizza which we were told was a 10” pizza. So she ordered that and requested to have ingredients of the vegetarian pizza. I also had a drink. We get our bill and it was almost $50!!!! My Stromboli was around $18 but her pizza ended up costing like $22. They charged us $1.20 for every single ingredient on her pizza!!! So we paid like $10-11 for just the ingredients of her pizza!!!! Crazy! We challenged the bill with management and they didn’t budge off the bill. It put a damper on an otherwise good experience.”

“Honestly. These guys opened back up during our last huge power outage as soon as they got power back. No other restaurants on the area did. Now they are open on Christmas. Not sure if the guy that's always there is the manager, owner, either way, friendly as can be, prices are very fair. It's "Fast food pizza" but let's be fair. When you've had no power for 13 hours, you're freezing cold and you need something hot to eat, it's a gourmet meal.”
