Never had a bad experience from this location. I've ordered online, over the phone or dropped right in. The employees always throw a shout-out greeting to me when I pick up or order in person and will actually take the time to stop and make sure everything is right. Even when an error was made (forgotten extra sauces a couple times), they are more than happy to return to the store and grab them to deliver them again and make sure the customer is satisfied. “I’ve been going to this place for years. Food is always great, service is always spot on. Called for delivery last week and they were prompt and accurate with my order. Stopped by earlier today for carry out (called in advance), they were quick to bring my order out to my car. I noticed the signs that said not to come into the restaurant, but this wasn’t a surprise considering most places won’t allow customers inside (pandemic and all). The young man that brought my food out was even wearing a mask, which was nice. I’ll be coming back or calling again for delivery really soon!!! Keep up the good work!!!”
