“Today was my first time ordering from Joe's. I was craving a burger and wings, and was thrilled to see I could order online, through the Slice service. The app said delivery would take about an hour; it was at my door in 20 minutes!!! That's incredible. Everything was nice, fresh and hot. The fries were good, but didn't taste salted. Not a big deal, though The burger with bacon was tasty, if a bit pricey for the size. The mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy with a side of warm marinara. The buffalo wings were just okay. I had to call the restaurant to add my apt number to the order and the woman that answered was very friendly professional. The delivery driver called when he arrived and safely delivered my food. He was also really friendly and professional.”

However I called the store back And they confirmed With me that my order had been delivered but canceled because my 5-6 yr old kids answered the door with no cash . Beyond the inconvenience I call the store back asking to replace the Exact same order, and the order taker was hesitant and frustrated with me. I then asked to speak to a manager where I expressed my apologies And asked if I was able To receive services despite my lack of awareness when my Pizza FIRST Arrived . It was Just After 7pm on 06/22/2020 , The manager was so patient although I could hear the frustration , she was still very kind and handled me with care. “Every time we order from Papa Johns the food is always great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if need be. If we get delivery it’s usually the same driver which is nice to have a “regular driver” deliver food because that way the driver starts to know you and know what you like and don’t like so you get to know the driver. All in all my local Papa Johns is awesome I highly recommend them they are great.”

“I thought I would be dismayed about the staffing changes when I stopped by the afternoon of 5/19? Because no one whom I was familiar with was working, not the eager proficient and thorough friendly guy from Nepal, nor the older proficient, thorough and friendly Hispanic? guy who are so gracious in getting my order right the first time. The cashier was even new to me. But I am quite happy with the two that took my order helping me to decide what to get with earnest enthusiasm. I got the sandwich deal which had enough meat for two servings for me but true, the side of coleslaw was a paltry portion but fresh it was and going back to the brisket/sliced beef there was no need for the sauce as the cook really took care of me. Their suggesting the sandwich saved me money but there was no where to put the leftover paper linen dead president but on the counter which always feels... I have several of the Dickey's coupons from the back of Kroger receipts to use and there are plenty of people I know who enjoy Dickey's sliders as a treat. I will be patronizing the Medical District eatery more often than once in awhile, as much for their meat, as their accomplished personable and professional staff. Thank you for transferring the big nice guy from (Central) over here!! BONUS”

“My son and I went today after shopping on a rainy day our first time here. We drove from the other side of town to have their sandwiches as son said they were good! There were three staff members none of them smiled or were friendly ? under the weather??
