“Brand new place just took over the Little Beef's joint. I ordered out, but the menu looks like it might be a better to to go out to. The burger was excellent, as was the milkshake. “Coco's Pizza was a good place to catch a game. The beer is probably about 50% or more locally brewed, mostly from 2SP first the way a bit. This is a good thing. Their wings are pretty good. I had heard they had a reaction for good wings, and they lived up! There are televisions everywhere, to go beer and a nice bar.”

“Had my first visit today for dinner and it’s New Year’s Eve we got lucky and there was someone that didn’t show up… The food was amazing. I was expecting just a pizza place, The inside is very warm and cozy and the waiters and waitresses couldn’t do enough for you and they were very pleasant even though it was packed! “We finally have a great family pizza place in the neighborhood! We eat a lot of pizza, and have been missing Via Bella, since it closed. While VB was pretty decent, they could be inconsistent. But I'm happy to report that our first experience with Slice and Ice was great, with very generous fresh toppings and a crisp but thicker crust. We had the Pineapple Express and the Veggie (with added pepperoni), and were amazed at the great flavors and freshness and abundance of toppings. When ordering on the phone, I expressed interest in the Italian ice flavors, because I was thinking of putting some in my freezer, and when I arrived the very friendly owner (assumption) just handed me a couple large ones to try. Wow! Who does that! Very generous. We had the lemon and the mango, which were refreshingly real tasting and not artificial or too sweet. The mozzarella sticks were also surprisingly delicious, because the crispy coating wasn't the usual dull breading, and more like a tempura. Seemed fresh, not frozen. Couldn't get enough of them. Overall, I'd say that their pizza is better than Giordanos, Gino's, Lou's, and Nancy's as well as any of the national chains in the area. Slice and Ice is comparable to the esteemed Caruso's, on the far northeast side, but with a more inviting friendly neighborhood vibe.”

Luckily I found out about this shop in Stone Park. They were able to take me in with no appointment and in 30 minutes they gave me an estimate, which was three times lowered than the stealership.
