Thin crust has a perfect crunch & the bread sticks are yummy with ranch on the side. We keep "the cup" and use them for daily cups at home.”

“I placed an order for pick-up and the gentleman repeated the correct order back to me. We quickly picked up the pizza and made our way home asap as the baby was screaming his head off with his grandpa. My husband mentioned that every employee in the store had excellent customer service and worked enthusiastically. We got home and one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with Miranda. She was very attentive and offered to either refund the pizza or have another pizza delivered. We opted for the latter, and even though we live outside of their delivery range, they ensured they'd have it delivered due to their mistake. The pizza arrived in less than a half hour. I tried to tip the driver, but he absolutely refused to take the tip because the mistake was Marco's. I had Marco's for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was extremely impressed by the taste of the pizza. It's been a very long time since I had had pizza that delicious. The customer service is the cherry on top. We'll definitely be regulars! You can rarely find great customer service anymore, but we did tonight.”

The portion was big enough to make into 3 meals. There was already a family there waiting on their food preparation. At first I drove through the drive through..no intercom communication,so I decided to go inside, that's how enthusiastic I was.. I go in the lady in the back making the food, kept looking at us, for 20 minutes, and never asked,if she could take our order. I get it that you might have been under staffed, but she could have acknowledged us, and at least said I will be with you in a few,or something! Sad to say I will not be returning.”
