“On a hot day in June, I stopped by this casual restaurant to purchase some ice cream. They offered a wide variety of interesting flavors. The employees kept the long line of customers moving. Some tables were inside the restaurant, and many tables were outside. My husband and I enjoyed the flavor of our pineapple dole whip and raspberry ice cream. Prices were several dollars apiece. I think that this restaurant also sells other foods such as sandwiches, salads, and pizzas.”

“Just went here here for the first time. The chicken is amazing! They will warn you plenty of times that there is a wait -- we came at lunchtime on a Saturday and my chicken took about 20 minutes. But it's worth the wait! The spicy soy signature wings had a fantastic flavor and an amazing crunch. If you're in a hurry, try the bulgogi sandwich. My wife got that and it was delicious as well, and came out sooner. The hot honey dipping sauce is addictive. Try it with the sweet potato fries. They've also got a decent tap list, and Korean drinks if that's your thing. We branched out and tried one. Our server was Shane and he was hustling! Very helpful and responsive despite managing a lot of tables. His recommendations were great. We will be back. Glad Flower Mound is getting more interesting places to eat.”

“I was looking for barbecue and happened to go to this small barbecue place. Man was I happy! I ordered pork ribs, fries, fried okra, potato salad, and beans. OMG! The ribs were tender with just the right amount of smoke and the okra was perfectly cooked. I had enough food to eat for two days. The staff were friendly and professional. I noticed many people had called in their orders to go (yes I will) and they appeared to be regulars (good sign). Also it seems the run out of food so you might need to get there early. “My tablemates thought that their cod was a bit overcooked. The uniformity of the fish pieces made us feel like the fish was shipped in frozen from a factory. But... you can tell it's fresh cooked. And I feel like the batter / coating on the cod was fresh/homemade. Breading is almost a cornmeal kind of flavor, definitely not a beer batter or tempura (just so you know) The fries were nothing spectacular and could use some sort of seasoning. The shrimp were awesome! I loved them! The fresh slices of pie (quite a few choices) looked appetizing. Folks at the front counter weren't out to be your best friend, but certainly weren't rude, either. Just moving people through the ordering process. If I had to do it again, I would get shrimp a second time and likely try some catfish. That seems more likely to be local-caught there. Lots of people getting orders to-go while we ate, so I know that their food is good.”

“This place has been my family's favorite pizza joint as long as I can remember. It might be hard to order it with their limited hours, closing for the summer and sometimes not picking up the phone but it is worth it. I would recommend calling right when they open and reserving your pizza for later in the day as they start taking the phone off the hook when they get backed up on orders. The pizza is a sweet sauce with extremely sweet and delicate crust. They normally don't brown the bottom of their izzas which makes the pieces very soft. They place their pepperoni under the cheese which completely changes the flavor of the pizza as the grease melds with the sauce to create all new flavors (so definitely get pepperoni if you can have them). The help there is legendary and unchanging. It is/was a local family run business and you can tell through every interaction. The place has a local charm that I missed when I moved away, but I'm back now and I can't get enough. Please give this place a try, it is worth it.”
