They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Tim had it out in record time, and was apologetic even though it was my mistake. It was also pouring rain and he offered a towel to dry the inside of my car as well as drinks while we waited.
