“Great service, the waitresses are always checking up on you. The food was decent. Can't seem to get actually "hot" hot sauce from Hooters. Ordered one Three Mile Island and one Spicy Garlic slider, they didn't have Ghost Pepper on hand, both sauces were semi hot at first and then the heat tapered off quickly to just a little spicy. Had similar results at other locations as well. Same for the other guys at the table with different sauces, they come really weak and sometimes barley drizzled on.”

The comments from the reviews made it seem as though the employees had attitude ab initio; this wasn't my experience. I'm quite sated w/my purchase, as well as the employees being amicable. “This Friday has been amazing to me and to make it even better I ordered lunch from here (for my first time) that came with great customer service from an employee by the name of Jennifer. With the fact that I didn't really know anything about their menu, I called ahead of time with some questions that she was very willing to answer with a great attitude. Which, she made my soup choice that much easier! Then, when I went to pick up my order, unfortunately, my drink was not brought out with my meal. For the record, it was not her that brought out my meal. Anyhow, I called the location back and informed them of this mishap and I simply suggested the possibility of me coming back on a different day to grab a drink at no charge. To this suggestion, she had a much better offer. She asked me to choose between having it taken off of my original ticket or she could have my drink delivered to me with some complimentary cookies. I must say, I honestly thought that I had misheard her because I've never heard of having your missed items delivered to you. All in all, the Ranchero Wrap is DELICIOUS and Jennifer made my Friday that much BETTER!!! Thank You Jennifer!!”

“Very impressed by this place. I drove 25mins from my home to come eat because I was craving a delicious salad and that is exactly what I got. The cashier was very kind and helpful. The price is great for the amount of salad you can have! The only improvement that would be good is that, the salad bar be more maintained and kept stocked up. This didn't ruin my experience at all and I will be back, I guess I just expected the salad bar to be fairly well stocked for 5 or 6 o'clock. Other than that I loved the food! It was fresh and delicious and I will be back very soon. Thank you so much”
