A family member owns a similar store in another town and the requests to buy are non-stop....and folks always somehow think that grandma's things that they don't want should be worth more. It seems expensive but each piece of pizza is like...1.25 slices of regular pizza by caloric content, so it averages out to being worth it. I think the quality is pretty good. Crust was great, sauce isn't very sweet. It's not greasy pizza at all (I like a greasy pizza sometimes, not hating it) so, like, the picky eater in your family will probably like this pizza.”

I was told recently by a New Yorker friend of mine that the "true test" of a pizza is to get a plain cheese - if you love it, you've found a real pizzeria thats worth exploring. I did this with Uzy's a few nights ago. Some friends and I rolled in unannounced and ordered a cheese pizza, and a meat lovers pizza - the two extremes. I must say that I was impressed with the cheese pizza. The combination of the cheese, the semi-sweet sauce, and the crust which was cooked to perfection made me a believer. The meat lovers was also incredible. All three of us agreed that these were fantastic pies. While we were waiting, I noticed that everyone was taking orders of spaghetti with them as well. This will be the next thing I try, since every regular customer seemed to love it. Uzy's is a treasure - I hope they have a long and successful stay in our area. I will definitely be going back for more.”

“After a day of running errands, we decided to go to Waffle House. We've been to a different one near South County, and it's fantastic, but this one was kind of a let down. The waiter was nice, but the food wasn't up to what we came to expect at Waffle House. The hashbrowns were warm, like they had sat for a few minutes before the rest of the meal was cooked. The rest of our meals were pretty much the same. We'll stick to the other Waffle House from now on.”
