The management is great because they make an effort to hire local students, and the kids are very friendly, attentive, and polite. Unless you're incapable of a coherent order, you're going to get the sandwich you want. (I've seen some of the other customers, and they're idiots. I'm glad I don't have to put up with them, only wait in line behind them!) The staff also make a real effort to remember and recognize the regular customers.”
