As far as the food is concerned, I have very little complaint, but can't rate it 5* stars due to the fact that I have had a few less than stellar sandwiches from this shop. I specifically ask for "soft bread" in my requests section via the Jersey Mike's online platform, and on more than 2 occasions I have gotten bread that most likely was made several weeks ago. Hard as a rock, not even edible. I have also gotten some fixings on the sandwich more than once, that looked and tasted awful...don't get me wrong, I will never eat at another sandwich place other than Jersey Mike's, best sandwiches EVER...this specific location...flip a coin...and that's the odds you'll enjoy it”
