“Awesome concept + stellar customer service. I had questions about the rental process that were quickly answered, and the pick-up and drop-off staff were INCREDIBLE. I moved from a third floor walk up and was fully prepared to take the crates up on my own a few at a time, but the delivery guys were adamant about carrying them up for me. They let me carry one dolly. The pick-up guys were great too- all the staff I spoke to and interacted with were kind and respectful. Hopefully not moving again soon but will rely on rentacrate when I do. One thought- moving a from a one bedroom to a one bedroom, there was no way I would have used 20 crates, which was the recommended amount. It was easy to downsize to 10, which was plenty.”

Definitely not the cheapest, but there were no hidden fees, they didn’t charge extra for tape and extra boxes needed to pack mirrors or art and they were on time both at origin and destination. My move coordinator, Bethany, kept me in the loop at all times and was always quick to respond when I had questions. All of my belongings made it safely to my destination unscathed.
