“Great experience with U-Pack themselves! I really did appreciate how uncomplicated the process was. I would say the worst part was the pick up portion - we wanted to hire a moving company to help, but the Nashville pick up location only opened on specific hours (10AM-12PM and 3PM-5PM) during the day which made no company want to help. Although it did save us money because we were able to load/unload ourselves. ADVICE FOR PEOPLE CONSIDERING: Book more than you need and get TWO locks per relocube. We had only brought two locks when each one required two. We only ended using 1 of the 2 (which was great), but had we needed both - it would have been a bit risky.”

“Moved from our tiny studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. A colleague recommended Long Teng, and they actually know the owner. So, we decided to go with Long Teng. The move was very smooth. They wrapped things with saran wrap, even my king size bed to keep them from getting dirty. Though my trick is to have 2 extra sheets, just get some cheap ones from Goodwill to use them as a cover for both sides when you move. It was quicker than we expected. In total, it took us only about 90 mins. Too bad they have 3 hr minimum charge. Would be great if it was 2 hrs minimum. Overall, everything was really smooth. Will definitely keep Long Teng contact for our consideration when we want to move again.”

“Moving two rooms worth of boxes and furniture from Lee's Summit to a fourth floor apartment in Kansas City took them a little more than two hours, including the time it took to drive between locations. All told, it took Paris and Jake just a hair over an hour to bring everything from the ground floor into the apartment. They worked really, really fast. All of the furniture and boxes were in great condition after the move, as well. Can't recommend them enough. They were very reasonably priced as well. We'll be using them again, I'm sure.”
