They showed up early so we could try and beat the heat, literally laid out the red carpet to protect floors, and cleared rooms in record time. They even stopped at storage on our way to our new home which was quite a distance with our lovely VA traffic. The team was polite and courteous. They were all very professional. My husband, son, and I also jumped in to assist and they were very encouraging to my 14 yo. This was a hot and brutal day and the guys didn't complain once. I certainly recommend this company and the employees. I was amazed at how they cleared the rooms in such efficiency. If you are moving, you want them in your corner.”

“Overall the rental went smoothly, unexpectedly since I had not heard of Rent -A- Van before so I didn't know what to expect. I rented a 15 passenger van for a weekend. Picked it up on Friday after 5pm. It seems the office building is open Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm. The owner was flexible enough to meet us after closing time since I couldn't get off work early so that was a big plus. She went over the contract briefly and made sure we understood the return time when the vehicle was expected back. There's a $20/hr late fee that's applied if you're not able to get back in time. She puts a hold on your credit card and charges it after you return the van. I like that I was able to return the van without any hassles or waiting. It was very convenient! I would definitely rent from them again. Also, you can't beat the price.”
