“It's a fun place for people who love movies. You'll forsure find your fav character in there. It's also interactive, lets you take photos with certain characters as if you're part of their crew, you also have some fun trivia questions. Must visit atleast once! The only hick for me...they did some of those characters dirtyyyyyyyyyyy, you'll see what I mean. Other than that, go have fun”

“A museum continually adapting. The Natural History beautifully renovated the planetarium 20 years ago. It was cool to go as a kid but getting run down and the Rose Center was a flying-car level upgrade. The Gilder Center is this generation’s renovation. It’s an architecturally engaging space; invites watching and reading about exhibits. A real level up for drawing visitors into exhibits. The museum seems conscious of its history and maintains itself as an exhibition of how nature has been exhibited. Its famous dioramas are maintained very well. That they don’t feel out of place in a modern science museum is an achievement. The Natural History and (across the park) the Met are great to take kids and people in town. They’re great to wander through and have a moment; remember visits as a kid; finding something new. TIP: look up tickets online and visit on a weekday.”

“The Tang Teaching museum was amazing. We were lucky enough to get a full tour from our friend and client. The moment you enter the space it is inviting. The exhibitions are carefully curated and fit the museum space perfectly. There is no unused space, there is even an elevator exhibition The architect Antoine Predock made sure that the space fit the vision for the space.”

“This is an awesome step into our country's past. Frank is an awesome source of knowledge and delightful to speak to. We weren't able to make the tour time and plan to go back in order to see some upcoming events. The museum is small but full of interesting facts and information. Clean well maintained grounds, perfect setting for a picnic with a few picnic tables. The ladies in the gift shop are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable as well. If you are in the are don't pass this up.”

“This is the cutest little museum, and the exhibits are fascinating! They even have a hands-on section where you can touch and try out historical items, like kitchen utensils - super fun for kids. The little jail out back is super creepy. Plan your visit - you won't be disappointed!”

“Interesting and enjoyable local pioneer museum. Many log buildings, plus the usual school house and smithy. Two modern pole buildings have been turned into museums housing a wide variety of local artifacts, from Indian tools to the mid-Twentieth Century. I love how many things there are here and the slightly amateur way it's all displayed. I hope nobody comes along and modernises this wonderful collection!”

“The history in this museum was rich, detailed, interesting, and eye catching. It kept the attention of my 10-year-old. It is perched atop a massive hill. We could really imagine Native Americans and settlers traveling through the area, seeing the huge stone building overlooking the entire area below. We loved the fascinating artifacts, and the well-laid-out displays. We left feeling like we knew the Native cultures better than before. Some of the history was saddening, but it's important to be educated on the sad history, too, so we don't repeat the mistakes of the past. The people working there were also nice. One of the men gave us extra info, and helped me get started tracking down my husband's Native American family history. The art gallery and book collection upstairs are a must-see! Also, be sure to ask the employees to tell you about the artifacts outside, like the stone pillar that is carved with mysterious drawings.”

“This is an absolute hidden gem in the area. They have open house every October where you can come see and feel Japanese folk culture, art, etc. It's amazing that the family has been doing this for 50 years. Mr. Heineken is very knowledgeable about his collections and anthropology. I definitely learned a lot!”

“Great place to visit to learn about computer history. Lots of hands on exhibits and we got an awesome personal tour. I recommend K-12 teachers bring their students here and others who just have a general interest in computers. It was impressive to see many of the old computers working too. Best of all, it is free and they are continuing to add additional specimens. They do request you make an appointment so they can ensure there is someone there that speak to history of each exhibit. Highly recommended. Thank you System Source.”

We will definitely be going back to visit!!! They accept donations and I recommend that you support such a lovely place!”

“I don't know how to summarize the experience I had. The museum is small, but packed full of items that fall between artifacts and household treasures. If you know Northwest or Native History to begin with the exhibits are extraordinary. The ceremony itself was literally magical. The sharing of masks that are famous if you know anything about Northwest Coast Native art, in the context of the ceremonies of dance, story, and song that they belong to, brings them to life in an accessible way that even the youngest members of my group could understand. Also, the little Puffin dancer was adorable.”
