“Steve Biddy and his team have been painting the houses we live in for years - inside and out. Their last job was the biggest - a complete interior wall repair and new paint job from the garage to the cathedral ceiling in our living room. Steve’s team of Oscar and Enrique came early, stayed late and did amazing work. Our walls went from multiple holes, scuffs and mismatched repairs to pristine, smooth new colors. The trim was beautifully done and when extra coats were needed they were entirely appropriate and necessary. A big interior job in an occupied house is tough because of all the furniture, art, etc that has to be moved. This was done professionally and with the utmost care. He arrived on time and did thorough estimation with pointing out things which I am not aware of. Particularly I liked that his team can do roof cleaning together with exterior painting, which saved me efforts to obtain separate quote for roof cleaning. He followed up with a competitive quote, and let me decide whether to proceed with the optional services, which is a plus. “I used Fresh Start Painting to paint a large room in my home. As a first time home buyer who is unsure of the standard cost of basic services, I was put at ease when speaking with Mike. He made everything extremely clear and was very transparent. He took the time to go over costs, types of paint, different finishes, etc which made the process even easier. His estimate arrived that evening. I appreciated the prompt response! This was a 3-day job. Abraham explained exactly what would be done and the timing. The work was excellent! Their attention to detail was unbelievable! Wilbur was on-site every day and he was so meticulous. He really takes pride (as he should) in his work. He does an excellent job! Abraham would come every day to check on progress, answer questions, etc. The cabinets are beautiful! (And they were in rough shape to start). I will be using Franco Painting again. It is not often you find a company so responsive and who does such excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend!”
