He stopped by within the week and confirmed our price after looking at the room. He was back within a day. He arrived on time and painted the room within a few hours. Moved all the furniture and put it back. Left no mess. It looks fabulous! “The sales person, Jake Smith, is the son of a friend and that is how I found out about Texas Home Improvement. My home is brick and had some damaged wood siding and trim and I was considering replacing the wood with conventional siding. After speaking with Jake, he showed me the many benefits of, instead of putting on new siding, to instead consider replacing the damaged wood and applying their specialized cool coating and paint which is waterproof and will never need repainting or replacing. I also had it applied to the brick as well as the wood. The process was a little expensive, but in the long run I felt it would be a better investment for a home that I have lived in for 40+ years and intend to stay in. The crew that handled the job, lead by Marco (who has many years of experience in this procedure) was wonderful. Marco's work was painstakingly done and I could not have asked for a better team. Several neighbors came by to complement him on his professional work. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Jake Smith came by as soon as the work was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied and to thank me for my business. “We recently re-roofed our house by Armstrong and I have to say it's a disappointment. The salesperson, Jorge De Quesada, came and gave us a quote and then "kindly" offered a discount of $500 but asked us to undertake the permit fee. He said, "it's going to be around $200." No, it wasn't. It cost $1,099.19 by the invoice. So basically I'm paying more for the service, not even to mention being lied to my face. Also, in the beginning, Jorge said the estimated start date was the final week of October. However, in reality, they started work on November 15th. And that's a "favor" to us since someone before us canceled the service. Otherwise, it would be early December. During the waiting, I called them multiple times to check on the progress, but none of them would be anything near helpful. They're pretty good at giving you different phone numbers with nobody to answer. Well, to be honest, the job looks not bad. But I could only beg it not to leak since I don't have any hope about the effectiveness of their customer service at all. -- Updates: The CEO of the company called to apologize and resolve all the issues. He promised on the work quality and agree to make improvements on the customer service. I must say he's very sincere from the phone and I do feel the gesture. Adjust the review to 4 stars since the work quality is pretty solid.”

“We have been in our house for 16 years and definitely needed new exterior paint and trim work including a few areas of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. Called 5 different exterior paint companies. The estimate from Elite Pro Painters was a little higher in price from most of the others but I was really impressed with the initial guy who came out (sorry, forgot his name). Not only did he walk around the house with me but made a video with him speaking over it explaining exactly what they were going to do, for example, “Replace this trim board, then paint it white” and so on as he walked around the entire house. We also had one of their color consultants come out to the house to go over initial color choices beforehand which was awesome! The painters were then scheduled and finished everything within 2 days. Had a couple small areas that they may have missed but once I called Joe (the project coordinator), the painters came right out and took care of everything. They never even brought up payment until I was completely satisfied with the work. House looks amazing! Highly recommend Elite Pro Painting for your exterior house pairing needs! 5/5 stars!”
