We have a 9 unit condo building and Classic Shades has done work here twice. Once four years ago (it still looks like it was painted yesterday) and then this year they painted the exterior. Painting the hallway wasn't in the estimate, yet after mentioning to them I was debating having it done due to my finances from Christmas, they painted it and didn't even charge me, wow that was unexpected. Chris & Jerry were super fun, polite, and professional, felt like family, I would and will highly recommend them for any project. I have always painted everything myself through the years but I couldn't pass up the deal they had, plus they painted the outside of my Dad's house last fall and they ended up being the cheapest out of 6 bids, which normally my Dad won't go with the cheapest bid, but like me we were very impressed with Chris G and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't make up my mind on color and I wanted something more modern and Chris was quick with suggestions and even had a book which had a section listing all the colors currently trending. “I received Mr. Alvarez's contact info from a friend who highly recommended him & I am so glad we called! We've been working on our home renovation for nearly a year when we contacted Mr. Alvarez. We just didn't have the time or, honestly, the will to keep working on this house & had several projects that were only partly done. We're ready to LIVE in our HOME. Mr. Alvarez came out within days of our initial conversation & work began the following week. His crews were prompt, professional, very nice & they left at the end of the day having cleaned up the work area immaculately, which is so important to me! They worked for hours over 2 days to finish up the odd projects that we had started & left not even half complete. Not only did they finish our ideas exactly the way we envisioned, but they did it with such great care; like it was their own home. We've dealt with many, many contractors throughout this process; hiring & firing as we went. It's so hard to find good contractors to work with but Mr. Alvarez & his Team are by far the BEST folks we have had the pleasure of working with!!
