But I feel so strongly about Ernesto Flores and his professional staff, that I needed to stop and take the time today. I found Ernesto when I asked for three references for professional painters at my Benjamin Moore store. I called him and immediately I was impressed. He stood out from the rest of the pack. Right after I got off the phone, he sent me information by text on the masonry primer I should use for my brick home as well as his cost for Sherwin Williams vs. Benjamin Moore. Unlike most contractors, Ernesto understands customer service and bends over backwards to make his clients happy. He and his staff are professionals and take pride in their work. They arrive quietly early in the morning and leave quietly at night cleaning up after themselves. They are meticulous and methodical in their approach like a well-oiled machine. To me, prep work is the most important part of quality painting and his staff did not disappoint. They scraped and sanded and repaired more rotted wood than any painter I have ever hired. Even window panes where they hadn’t painted were scraped and polished before they left. Anything that could possibly need repairing was repaired before his team left. That’s what sets them apart from others... they are proactive instead of reactive! Not once did we need to point something out to Ernesto that he missed. We were uncertain if we wanted our shutters rehung and Ernesto happily hung half of the newly painted shutters until we made up our mind. You would think that he would be very expensive, but the most shocking thing is that you get this dedication and attention to detail at an extremely affordable price. Ernesto took a tired brick traditional home and updated it to look like a bright shining palace. We are now hiring him to work on the interior of our home. Ernesto, we can’t thank you enough. You truly are by far the best!”

I had the good fortune of running into Eric Smith (owner) while running errands on a Friday morning. I got such a good, honest vibe from him I called back a few hours later to schedule a walk-thru and formal quote. Eric squeezed me in that same day and I am SO thankful he did. Not only is Smith prompt, professional, extremely skilled and knowledgeable, he's a great listener too! I shared with him I felt like my walls had been closing in on me for years, yet I couldn't seem to find the time or muster the energy to tackle the job. He assured me that a fresh coat of paint would make everything look better--all I needed to do was pick the colors and let him handle the rest. When he got started, what surprised me most was how Smith was able to work with and around our family as we carried on our day-to-day activities. He moved quickly and efficiently from room to room, task to task much of the time unnoticed. He stayed focused and diligent, yet was always available to answer questions and make recommendations when asked. Especially valuable to us was his expert knowledge of drywall patching and repair. “First appointment was great. Everyone was very friendly. I got a second appointment for the week after at 1pm. I walked over and arrived around 12:45 to find that the door was locked. No 'Out To Lunch' sign or anything like that. I waited about 5 minutes out in the heat and decided to walk back home. Google Maps said they were open at the time. Turns out they are usually closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I wish they had a website with this info and to do online appointments. Other than that my root canal and crown went well. Dr. Mitchell seems experienced and good at his craft. Everyone that works there was pleasant to deal with.”
