“It's absolutely stunning, and it's a fantastic spot for a scenic stroll and photography. There's a lot to see, so you'll probably need to come back a couple of times depending on your mood for a long, long walk. A beautiful body of water with this adorable red bridge is only a small part of the scenic beauty that this park has to offer. It's also completely free. ( Parking is only $2/hr) unfortunately gift shop was closed because of private even.”

“This is a great new park for the area. A ton of trails going through various pond and marsh environments. Towards the back is "Mt. Rittman" as the locals call it, a decently small hill with a decent view from the top. There are benches everywhere in this park, a few picnic areas and port a potty bathroom facilities. This is a great park for bird watching and animals in general. On my first visit there I saw: swans, geese, ducks, heron, various song birds, fish, deer, and turtles. I also heard bullfrogs and woodpeckers but I didn't see them. I will go back here for sure!”

“Love this park. They have infant swings, room for my dog to run around, and I love the recycled tire bedding as opposed to the traditional wood chips. Helps the planet by reducing waste in our landfills and no splinters! A win-win!”

“Jay does excellent work and the quality from animal to animal is spot on. He is also the fastest at getting your animal back to you that I've found. He even expedited my son's buck so I could have it to him for Christmas.”

“Adorable little park! My kids had fun playing in the splash pad, and running around the playground. I also like that it’s fenced in along the road, and has a shaded area with picnic tables. The only downside is that there’s no restrooms, but they do have porta-potties across the bridge.”

“Great work, I've used Franco Tree service a few times already. I just send him a text and shows up when he says and does a great job. Anyone that doesn't give his work 5 stars is lying.”

“Nice park. Play ground area shaded by huge trees. Tennis courts, baseball diamonds, and lots of open space. Two small parks, one for younger and the other for older. Also a little sand area, so bring some toys. Picnic benches are also by the park. Great place for a short visit.”

“My family (inlaws too) loves this place. The owners of the campground are kind, courteous, considerate and truly caring. I just wish I could spend more time out there with my wife Christy and our 4 girls, in 2020 that's my goal.”

“I am from Cary and didn't know the fountain was added until one visit I was driving through town with mom and she pointed it out and said it is lit up at night. My daughter came for a visit over her birthday and we went for a walk to see it. It didn't disappoint. It was fun to wait for the colors to change.”

“Truly a must see if you're visiting Cedar Park or Lake City. Gorgeous views, places to sit, and some sand to play in. Inconveniently located to drive to, but near Burke Gillman Trail. Tons of street parking. Own the 1% by playing in the park they wanted to privatize!”

“We had never been there before and didn't explore the whole park so I'm sure there are things we missed. We did very much enjoy the play grounds. There are two: one for ages 2-5, and one for ages 5-12. There are also water fountains, lots of grassy areas to run around on, and a huge covered pavilion. We didn't see any bathrooms but that doesn't mean there aren't any. The 2-5 playground has a side by side slide so you can go down one side and your little on the other. Everything I saw was well maintained and functional. It's also a very pretty area on what feels like a backroad. I'd gladly go back!”

“Love this park! Came early in the AM and parking lot was empty. Easy to find a number of trails to start from. Beautiful and easy hike deep into the woods without seeing others - ran into one other person on a cross-trail. Dog friendly but there is a preserve where pets are not allowed off of the Nancy Conway trail.”
