“Used to fish there a lot as a kid, first time there in 20 years. Also first time for my kids. We started at the bridge on Miami trace road in Rock mills and waded upstream towards Rock bridge. Caught 5 smallmouth bass and one descent sized channel catfish. We had a great time! Can't wait to do it again!”

“Overall a great park. We had lots of fun the kids really enjoyed the splash pad area and the farm themed playground. A few snobby moms but the kids had a blast either way. I would recommend bringing children here. Bathrooms available also small outdoor grills walking trails and outdoor fitness stations. The kids never wanted to leave this may be our new favorite park.”

“There is a new playground with swings, slides, and great monkey bars. Large flat grass area- enough for multiple soccer fields and edged along the backside with trees and a pond. Cross country skiing in the winter and if you catch the pond frozen before snow it’s a great place to ice skate!”

“A very beautiful park. There is a trail available for those who want to hike or walk around the park. The reservoir has many different places where tourists may take photos. Water is marvelous and very open! You can even rent a kayak! There are large variety of small little animals! Definitely a learn and fun experience.”

“I went by and it was beautiful. Took my little dog for a walk there but it was very muddy because of all the rain. I look forward to going back when the rain stops and explore with my dog. It felt like being in the mountains again. Just say it was beautiful would be an understatement. I thought it was a canyon but I probably am wrong if it's a Preserve.”

“you know this was the coolest park I never knew existed, it is kind of in a weird spot, and the access road is right next to a fire station, and it has a big parking lot, with room for horse trailers etc., but I have not yet seen a horse or anything other than dogs and kids running around here, which i am sure is fine, but it is still a place to come visit if you like Albuquerque's parks and hiking spots, its kind of private, with lots of nice houses around, but I am sure you don't wanna be there late at night as most parks do close”

“A really nice place to walk in the woods. I’m from a rural area so this place felt nostalgic as I used to run around woods like this behind my house as a child. Feels like going on an adventure once you move into the trees. Godzilla (the dog) loves all the logs to jump over/crawl under and dip her feet in the water. There were a few snakes out there.”

“Happy New Year 2021 (Edited #2day) I moved to the Ohio EPA and I am well educated on the portmanteau #brending. Outstanding educational experience for the young and old over 500 state employees all working together like one well oiled machine. I have never worked with such a professional group of legal minded individuals in my life, if you haven't figured it out yet I am part of that machine and understand the power of the Internet and why and how it can affect the public perception of any local state federal agency. It is my honor and pleasure today to reach out to any internet user and suggest that they take the time to recognize a 5 star review rating. ♥”

“Nice playground with lots of shade except for the swings. A big area for the kids to run around in. There is a nice path that you can walk on. It is in a neighborhood and you park on the side of the street. Which if your lucky is shaded.”

“Great place to bike or walk and view wildlife. Saw a lovely tortoise and some cool birds while passing through this preserve to Robinson. Great gravel trails that are nicely maintained and flat. Some parts of the preserves trails and the main lookout spot are not shaded, so bring water and keep that in mind.”

“Went on an easy hike with a friend this afternoon. It’s a nice park because it links up to two other parks actually. So if you finish this trail you can try to explore several others in the adjacent parks. I saw family riding their bikes, dog walkers, runners, and regular walkers like myself. The paved trail does have some unpaved paths as well but I didn’t explore them personally. If you are looking for a peaceful water feature walk please check out this park! I’ve been twice so far and it’s been great.”

“Two connecting retention ponds with nice winding walking paths. There is road dividing the two sections, where deer commonly cross. I saw deer was almost hit by incoming car. There should be Deer Crossing sign,”

“I took my mother up to try this hotspring this week, and I was very happy with the experience! The facility was beautiful, the hotsprings were nice and warm. When you pay for a session, you get the entire pool or hot tub (or both!) all to yourself. The drove up from Boise is really nice as well. We will be back!”

“Small and simple, but great to disconnect from city life and relax. Update: this might be one of the best lesser known (from what I’ve seen) areas in the Atlanta metro area. Never super crowded, chill environment, and there’s also a wetlands and walking path if you want to do something other than beach. If you’ve got kids, there’s a playing area adjacent and super convenient. Must visit if you live in the area.”

“This very quiet park features lots of deciduous trees with a large open area and average sized sites with gravel pads. We visited for 3 nights mid-week and most of the units appeared unoccupied. I assume they are seasonals/permanents and used more on the weekends. In one area they looked like people working in the area in the short term, which is common. The bathhouse is dated and institutional but has been upgraded with tile floors and is functional and reasonably clean but stained with age. There is a pond by the lower level that I think you can swim in but otherwise no playground or other kid oriented equipment that I noticed. Sites are all water/electric with a dump site and free use of a “honey bucket” cart to empty your tanks. The downside to this location is you must drive about 2 miles on good gravel roads that are very dusty. Your vehicle will be very dirty. The Wifi worked pretty well. Propane refills are available.”

“A MUST DO FOR CHRISTMAS IN THE DFW AREA This was easily one of the most beautiful activities I have done this year with friends! I purchased a ticket during the week, so when I went, the traffic was very light and I got to drive through the entire light maze in peace. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR HEADLIGHTS as the person behind me was rushing and had his high beams on. I was going 5 MPH and he was not happy about how slowly I was taking it, but oh he waited. If you drive slowly through, it will take about 15 minutes to drive through the entire thing. DON'T BE THAT JERK THAT RUINS OTHERS EXPERIENCE BY RUSHING THROUGH IT AND NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS! I have to give the creators of this event major props for their hard work and creativity. The light set up is impressive, and they have a radio station synchronized with their lights, so it just really wraps everything up so perfectly. The amazing benefit of this place is that you are inside your vehicle at all times. This is family friendly, and a great way to social distance without having to be close to strangers. I hope you give this one a chance, you will not regret it!”
