“This is only the third time I've ever been to a skatepark and this is only the third skate park I've ever been to but I would say it's about a four saying that the skate park canalwood city is about at 2:00 and the skate park that I went to in Columbus Ohio Dodge skatepark is very historic but I don't so say it's about a 4.5 so this is a pretty good skate park in Butler even though there's no bowl. It's an East Coast skatepark it's not just like 3 acres of concrete like I see in Arizona and Oregon and California. But it's not completely a DIY skate park either there are some diy things that I think there's a DIY ramp somebody must have just brought there and put it right up against one of the quarter pipes anyway I don't even skate I write a BMX and it's not a specifically a park BMX either it's a 22 in BMX for trails and jumps but this is a cool little Park here and I think I'll come back”

“It's a very nice neighborhood parks. Lots of open space, trails, a well equiped playground, swings, and benches. During the mid spring to early fall, there is a portable bathroom onsite. Complete with hand sanitizer! Be aware that elementary age sports teams do use the fields for practices, some evenings.”

“A great small public park in the upper Liliha area where children can use a fairly new jungle gym. The city custodians do a great job of keeping the park and the restrooms clean and tidy. Unfortunately this also invites vagrants to loiter nearby. It would be a great idea if the City police could do their job in keeping the homeless off the street and into shelters, the park would be much safer and more enjoyable for the community.”

“This place is great. I have had any issues with aggressive dogs and it seems everyone is really helpful and nice. Large areas for the dogs to run in. The walking trails are great and covered in wood chips so even after the rain, you don't get super muddy. Things to be aware of: 1. No water is provided. This means bring your own, to ensure fresh water. There are bowls for the dogs, and usually there is water in them...but that water can be very dirty. 2. Toys are technically not allowed. People will fuss at you if you bring them 3. In the evening (during the summer), the bats come out. They will swoop by your head. R. Make sure you and your dog have tick protection.”

“Stopped here for a quick night stay while travelling on I-35. After hours check in process is a little confusing. There is a wall with all the sites that are available or occupied. You have to decide what site you want before seeing the sites. We ended up taking a picture of the board and then driving through the campground to find a site that would work. Then you have to go back and make your reservation. It's a strange way to handle reservations. We did not hook up to water, but as other reviewers have said, some of the sites share water connections. This will require a long hose. As suggested, bring 200'+ of water hose if you need water. There are some very beautiful sites on with lake views. Our one night stay was quiet. Overall not a bad spot to stop while travelling on I-35, just be prepared for the confusing check in if arriving after hours.”

You can now rent paddle boats and the addition of another dock for access to the walking trails is nice. “The park itself is a bit dirty and several transients were there smoking, but they payed me no mind as I walked about the war memorial, which was pretty cool and of historical interest. It is located right over the Clarendon Metro stop and is a nice break between two roads, as the other reviewer noted. Worth a stop if you’re interested in history or wish to take a little rest. “I haven’t ever been to a cleaner resort! Rooms are immaculate, super clean, smelled fresh, and the set up was absolutely professional. What the rooms didn’t have the front desk had by request (like a hair dryer). They had fresh hot coffee in the office in the morning. The park itself is quiet and friendly maintenance men. Office lady’s are positive and put you in a great mood every time. Housekeeping just blows us away. Motel rooms, Kitchenettes, and suites. My family has stayed in them all numerous times and I will forever be a huge fan of the Sandollar!”

“Our dogs had fun here. We took them on our last day visiting Colorado kind of a chill day. There isn't any grass, and it's not very big, but there were bowls of water that weren't frozen and toys laying around. We were the o ly two dogs there so we did not use the small dog area but its nice they have it.”
