“Nice covered shelter overlooking the small lake. The nearby playground is great for ages maybe 2+. Very rarely busy. The bathroom building is on the other side of the lake but there is a port-a-potty close to the shelter in the parking lot.”

“We stayed at the park for 28 days. We were very satisfied with our stay. The office staff were very polite and the maintenance guys were spectacular! Mike met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. “Chuck” was so sweet and caring. You are lucky to have him on staff. We had a fire ant problem and he came right over! “Small neighborhood park not far from some reasonably well used roads. Features a multiplatform playground, water foundation, benches, and spring riders. The tire swing is a bit higher off the ground than normal, but usable. A single picnic table leads to a semi shaded walking loop. Plenty of shade from the nearby trees.”

“5-stars across the board there is something for everyone. They had about 13 models that were top notch, the grand opening reveal was better than I would have thought. I have looked at alot of homes the past 2 months and nobody can put a home together the way Toll Brothers does. I am an attention to detail person, they do not cut corners. Because they have 13 models you will find one you like. The grand opening party was really well done with food trucks, snacks, music act was very good and I dont even like live music.”

“This is a great trail for beginners, single-speeds, rigid bikes, gravel bikes, cyclocross bikes or anyone who's looking for non-technical off-road riding. If you're after big obstacles, jumps, rock gardens, etc., look elsewhere. It's an ideal place to burn laps, or just have a relaxing pedal through the woods and open fields.”

“Like always very fun, Valley View Park has it all to keep the kids entertained. The park has swings, monkey bars, two big slides, and many other exciting things. Also has big open grass area to play soccer or baseball. Always have a blast going to that park.”

“Beautiful park and our site was perfectly hidden under the trees in the back. I would’ve gave 5 stars but no beach or swimming area for kids was a huge downfall, especially during these 90* summer days. The lake was nice but you can’t swim in it, snakes and signs posted saying no swimming. The pit bathrooms also had no privacy which was uncomfortable for my teen daughter.”
