“I used to come here a long time ago with my two dogs. It is an incredibly beautiful place that’s kept up nicely. My dogs love the pathways that they can freely run through off leash. If you go very very early in the morning it is especially beautiful. You now need a permit and I think I’m going to get one. Back in the day you didn’t.”

“Great park for kids, and adults as well as young adults. The basketball courts are the best in the area, and known far and wide for always running pick up games. You basically can find someone to ball with any time there isnt snow on the ground. The splash pad could be bigger, but it's still fun for the little ones. Thanks to the mayor it is actually open now during hours that suit a working parent.”

“Great times at Kiley Park! We came for a minors baseball game, great field, well maintained and run but the league president. Warmup music and a nice rotation from tee ball to the big kids. Bathroom and concession stand was open and well used.”

“After our clean up at the Hickory Creek Park in Chino Hills, we went to Huerta del Valle Garden to continue honoring the Earth. The garden is rich with green areas. Here you can rent an area and grow up your fruits, seeds and flowers. We saw some chickens here too. Today they are having an event to celebrate our Mother Earth. There are vendors selling vegetables, food and artisan productos. Supporting them, you are supporting the garden. The entrance is free.”

“This is an awesome little park. My kids love it because it has a catch and release pound to fish in. A walking path, a playground to play on and best of all a small splash park. We started out fishing and catching some little bluegill. The kids went and played on the playground and once they started getting hot it was straight to the splash park. It was a great day spent with my boys.”

“A small park with a playground, restrooms, and a softball field. Despite the smaller size of the playground, it contains some fun and challenging climbing activities that my kids really enjoyed. A great way to kill 30 minutes or so.”

“Great place to live! The staff is on top of everything and makes the place look like it did the day it opened. For Bloomfield, I looked around a few places and I can tell you this place offers more for the money by far. Despite being a fairly large place, it is very peaceful and I hardly see many people. Everyone I do meet is very pleasant. Lastly, they were very considerate during the cover emergency. I will not forget their kind gestures. You can't got wrong.”

“Very nice pleasant park right in Des Moines. You can hike through beautiful vegetation to warm up ( not even 2 miles) and then enjoy the great view by the Sound. If the tide is low kids can enjoy little crabs and hermit crabs. Wait! They have ice cream, hot dogs and a few other snacks. You can also rent kayaks! Check availability though. The grassy area by the ice cream shop has tables and trees with a shaded area.”

“Rained yesterday so the waterfall is flowing nicely. As you follow the trail downstream, you will find numerous spots on the creek to relax. Visiting after a recent rain is recommended - but wear hiking shoes because the trail can get muddy. Overall this is an Austin gem, definitely recommend!”

“Great park. The kids loved it. They have an interesting set of swings for toddlers where the parent can swing with them so they are not scared. It worked for mine and it was the first time she was able to swing. My older kids all said they enjoyed it better than our neighborhood park. The slides are tall and the rock wall is made to look like actual (hard plastic)l rocks. That also have a rotating mushroom they could hang off of that the kids ( and I) enjoyed.”

“The splash pad looks amazing but we just drove 30 minutes to the visit and find that it's closed until 12p on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Open MWF at 10am. Hours are not posted online as of today! I hope this saves someone else the headache.”

“There are always other dogs around for your dog to play with, and generally fairly attentive and responsible dog owners. Has a big dog area and a small dog area. There benches and tables, and bag and waste stations scattered throughout. Do not need to bring water, as there is a hose and bowls available to the public.”

“This park is clean and safe. No sketchy areas where your kids can sneak off and get lost. The play structure was updated in 2019 and the pathway around the park is smooth for running. There are benches and plenty of shade to enjoy a relaxing outing with your family. There is plenty of open field for backyard style games too.”

“Great little park with LOTS of activities and play equipment. The sign stated geared for 5-12 yrs, but I saw some younger kids there having a ball. Nice shelter with picnic tables, and benches placed throughout. Located in a residential area. The Large musical electronic game was really cool. Lots of kids to play with...seems like a popular park.”
