“First time using paid parking outside McNamara terminal. I am hesitant at first thinking that I will have more hassle compared to McNamara parking. I am wrong. It is easy to park here. Shuttle bus driver are courteous, clean and on time. Easy getting in and out. Cheaper when you do reservation parking on line. I will be using U.S. Park again next time I will be going out of town by Detroit Metro Airport. Most important is it is much cheaper compared to McNamara parking or the Blue Deck. Keep up the good work US Park.”

“The trail is nice. Signage is not always easy to see so it is not always easy to stay on the trail. Another issue to keep in mind is that taking the trail will outlet you to an alternate trail head and you cannot hike back up the road as a short cut to where you parked since there is no shoulder on the road. I had no signal on my phone so no Uber and it was dipping in to the 50s when I finished. So you will need to make the roundtrip to get back or find someone willing to drive you 10 mins back to the other trail head. Great sunset though.....”

“I've been using this OfficeMax location, regularly, for the last 14 months. In this time, employees have come and gone, procedures have changed, and the level of service has changed accordingly - some good, some not so good. COVID-19 aside, this location has remained fairly consistent, which is a positive. I almost exclusively use this OfficeMax for their Print Services, uploading documents and stopping by later the same day to pick them up. So far, I've experienced no issues other than occasional extended in-store wait times. I have to admit to not being a fan of their check-in kiosk, which seems to have been sidelined during this pandemic (you can't see it, but I'm smiling). Checking in on the App can be kind of redundant too, but that's not the end of the world. One thing I would like to see is friendlier employees. They're pressed for time and trying to stay on top of their work, but it would be nice if they relaxed a bit and smiled more. That's not a deal-breaker, just a "wish-list" item.”

“I used this business for the 1st time recently and was satisfied with the service. It was recommended to me by a friend. I booked my parking time on their website. Helpful info: When you arrive, 1st drive directly to the rear of the building and drive your vehicle into any open parking spot. Remember your license plate # before walking your luggage into the office behind automatic sliding glass doors. They check you in there and give you a ticket #. Best part is dropping off and picking up your vehicle inside the building. Weather in Michigan is not a factor here! Remember to call them for your return shuttle from the entry gate and have your ticket # ready to tell them. I called them after getting off the plane and I had just carry on luggage. I only waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle van (not a mini bus) at the shuttle area outside. I was not waiting alone at 12:00am. I will use this service next time.”
