US Park

First time using paid parking outside McNamara terminal. I am hesitant at first thinking that I will have more hassle compared to McNamara parking. I am wrong. It is easy to park here. Shuttle bus driver are courteous, clean and on time. Easy getting in and out. Cheaper when you do reservation parking on line. I will be using U.S. Park again next time I will be going out of town by Detroit Metro Airport. Most important is it is much cheaper compared to McNamara parking or the Blue Deck. Keep up the good work US Park.

I only use this parking lot, on average I travel 8 or 9 times per year. The drivers are prompt and courteous. They go above and beyond consistently. I never have to wait at my car for a shuttle, as soon as they direct you to a row they send a bus. At drop off they wait while I access my vehicle, and in the winter they even wait while I start my car. The lot is well-lit so I don't feel vulnerable when I arrive late at night alone.

The service we received from Donna and the Shuttle Driver was Wonderful. On 06/06/2021 around 3pm we needed assistance. The first Afro-American female attendant told us she could not assist us and she just started her shift(We are Afro-American as well- just describing the attendant). Donna and the female shuttle driver helped us find our jeep and was Very Helpful. I would have given five stars but the first attendant need more Customer Service training.

I use this parking yard for convenience when I fly. Works great! Frequent shuttles to and from the airport, never have to wait long. They pick you up and drop you off right from your car too. Convenient!
