(November 1, 2022, 2:37 am)Nice parking lot/service, the shuttle was frequent and the driver was very helpful. The staff was helpful when it came to the technical issue I had with the QR code a third party app emailed me for access to the lot. There was some broken glass in the parking lot by our car. I can't remember if it was there before we had left for our trip. Would definitely use this service again when flying out of DTW. Cheers!

When we go back ,we called as we were instructed to do, the woman was confused about our confirmation, she kept asking for our ticket #, which we had no ticket since we booked online, after a few minutes she finally got what we were saying.
We waited 25 minutes for the shuttle.
When we tried to leave the lot it wanted us to pay another $22., even though we after 4pm due to waiting for pickup ,and had pre paid. We called and spoke to the manager and they let us go,,no problem.
