After talking to Ryan, I see that he believes that there are sometimes issues in everything we doing and that addressing them and trying to take care of them is in the best interests for the company and the client. Everything can't be prefect in life and the things that aren't we need to learn from. If you choose to use this company and have an issue, try to ask for someone higher in the company, I'm sure that that you have a better outcome then I. I would of like to give a 5 star review, but I can't due to the problems I had. With this all being said I wish this could of being taking care of soon, before I went to another company. “I am a frequent traveler and have parked at many on and off site parking lots in the Newark area. Value are one of the best (I have been using them for years). They take the top spot after my last trip. My flight was cancelled from Florida and moved to a few days later. Myself and few family members decided to drive the 18+ hours since we had an engagement we needed to be out. I forgot to call Value and let them know of my flight cancellation. The team there called me multiple times to make sure things were OK and stayed close to 1AM waiting for me, even though the hours have changed since the pandemic. “Lots of bad reviews but my experience was great honestly. I was worried about the shuttle. I pulled up to the garage and the attendant was nice, she told me the shuttle would be there in 10-15 min. I parked on the 6th floor and took my time. By the time I got down, the shuttle was there. As soon as I got on, it left to the airport. Driver was nice. Based on my experience, everything was great.”
