“Employees parking area is a guarded, fenced area for employees to park while at work at Miami International. Pros: multiple large lots, always parking available, well lit. Cons: entry guards are not always observant, certain parking areas flood in heavy rain, bus schedule is haphazard ( I have watched 12 busses come in, drop off workers, then leave for the terminal while workers going into work wait 20+ minutes for a bus).”

“I've been a monthly parker here since July. Great facility. The staff members are fantastic. Leroy, especially. He's a great man! I look forward to seeing him every day. He does a great job keeping the facility clean and running properly. I dropped my keyless transponder once, and he scoured the garage until he found it. I'll never forget that gesture. And the overnight Security staff are excellent as well, and go on regular patrols to make sure vehicles are safe. I don't know their names, but I've interacted with the young man that was working this evening, and a young woman (Jasmine?) that has been on staff for several months. Keep up the good work.”

“BNA Express Park just became our go-to spot! We were able to drop our car off and make it to the terminal all in about 10 minutes. Once we landed back in Nashville, we sent a text to the number they provided and we did not have to wait at all once we got our luggage from baggage claim! I also have to mention the excellent customer service! Top Notch!”
