Everyone is very knowledgeable about basically everything, and if someone isn’t for a particular thing then they find someone who is. They don’t act suspicious and ask a bunch of questions when you need to return something; if it’s not working out for you they simply say, “I’m sorry it’s not working out, can I help you find something that will?” Everyone at the Federal Way store Boise is absolutely fantastic.
