“Outstanding service, particularly from Diane who is always helpful and cheerful when she fills your orders. We use Costco for ongoing prescriptions and have never had an issue, but the service was particularly outstanding when we had two urgent prescriptions to fill in the last month. One was for an adult child headed out of town for a month who suddenly realized she needed a refill of migraine medication. I was able to pick up the prescription in an hour. The other was for a U of M college student who was sick for three weeks, finally went to the college clinic, and was given a prescription to start taking immediately. She had an appointment at the clinic at 9:30 am and called me at 10 am. I called the pharmacy to get the prescription filled, showed up 30 minutes later, got the prescription right away, and was able to get the prescription in her hands by noon.”

“Im not a current patient of this pharmacy and I do live right down the road. So, I called here to ask if they had a back-ordered medication I take in stock and come to find out, they did! BUT! they had just a little bit left that they were saving/prioritizing for their current, regular patients in their system. Hearing that would probably make most people mad but to me that says a lot about this companies ethics and loyalty to their community. The women I spoke to was very polite and apologetic as well. I plan to switch to this pharmacy in the near future and get away from the “Big Chain” company I currently use regularly. I’ll wait until this medication shortage mess gets cleaned up first.”
