“I have a child who is a heart patient and usually use other local pharmacies for his meds. However, he is on a new med that our insurance doesn’t cover, and came to Randalls because they work with a discount program called GoodRx for this particular drug. Let me tell you, with a diabetic and a heart patient in the family, we use pharmacies A LOT. This Randall’s is tops, hands down. The first time I was in, it was right before closing time, and I was flustered because of the lack of insurance coverage. The pharmacist kindly and patiently explained the discount process throughly, I filled out a very short form, she arranged for the transfer of the script from another pharmacy, and had the script ready the following morning, no fuss, no muss. Today was my second pick up. She knew who I was and who my child was immediately upon giving her the name, asked how he was doing, and got the meds immediately--and that was even through the drive through! Randall’s is a little pricier than other grocery stores, so I admittedly haven’t shopped there very often for groceries. However, I will be transferring all my family’s prescriptions there immediately due to the outstanding customer service I have experienced at the pharmacy. Who knows-maybe I can gather enough coupon discounts to shop for regular groceries, too. The customer service sure is worth the extra expense! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and may be back with another review of the rest of the store soon. 😊”
