“Very friendly and professional staff from the first phone call to my departure. The doctor was also very friendly and thorough. She also didn't treat me like a number or just another patient. I'm from Central Florida and got sick while visiting family. I needed a place that took my medical insurance (VA). They even made the call to verify it before treatment. They were the only acute care clinic I could get a hold of that did. Was a little bit of a drive from Plantation, but well worth it. I also like that there is a pharmacy right in the facility that can verify eligibility and/or fill the scripts before you leave. “I have used Preston for years. The employees are always friendly and helpful! This is a one stop shop for all your home medical needs. I bought my lift chair here and when I had a problem someone was at my home in two hours flat! I'm not exaggerating, I was so shocked at how quickly my problem was fixed. They had to take my chair in for repairs, so they brought a loaner when they picked mine up. The chair was a year old at that time so it was not like someone having trouble with a new item. I rely on my chair due to my disability and Preston's really took good care of me long after the sale! I also recommend the Pride brand lift chairs they sell. Mine has been a life saver! Also they are built well and have a excellent warranty that I can testify they honor even though I was at fault. Also they have a great selection of support socks. They recommend a particular one for me after measuring me and I bought three more pairs after wearing the first pair once! They really know their products and can be trusted to match you up with what will best suit your needs rather than something they make a better profit on.
