I decided to try Kroger on Shiloh, and I was shocked at how friendly, fast, and efficient they are. I'm never on phone hold for more than a few seconds, and rarely ever have to wait more than a few minutes to get my medication. A couple of days back I went in to fill my script, and found CamRon and the pharmacist holding down the fort. They were extremely polite and very quick. I asked them if they had been told recently that they do a great job, and they said that they rarely get this kind of feedback from customers. Here it is! You and your entire team are great!
